Feelings & Emotions

It’s not that some feelings are bad and others are good. It’s that all feelings are barometers, feedback indicators of what is going well for us in life and what is going against us in life – What is for our growth and what is going against our growth causing stagnation or disintegration rather than integration.
So remember when you look at your thoughts and feeling you are not there to judge them but to listen to them and be guided by them. They are your guides. So just observe them. Ask them what their message is. Listen to them. Respond in the most positive way that you are able to just now.  

To successfully listen to and manage thoughts & emotion:
Relax…to move out of small mind – ego mind, fearful competitive mind.
Remember the thoughts are not yours – they are just there – just let them be. Don’t hook one. Let them be. (This keeps your power instead of scattering it).

Allow expansive mind – like the sky – loving, empowering and compassionate mind (for my wellbeing and the well being of all).

Now allow your dream to unfold. Look for the next step that leads to your best life’s creation. Don’t fear or worry about getting it right or wrong. there is no right or wrong here. There is only the next step. The next step is always the effortless step (what may have seemed like a mountain before when you were working things out with the everyday small mind).

All feelings are self feelings…feelings towards self. There no one else only u. Your nervous system only knows u. So when it hears attack it hears ‘attack me’. Clear out poisonous emotions.

Resentment = Re sent ment
Bitterness
Hatred (all hatred is self hatred)
Guilt

These are feelings that get our attention. That’s why they are there. They are calling your attention to what is going on in your life and where you are not treating yourself as you need to be. They tell you of areas of your life where you are not respecting you. Where you are not loving you.
