Today’s Angel Whispers…Be glad and Rejoice

More than ever we need to really hear and feel these heavenly words…heaven’s desire for us is to be happy…be glad and rejoice. No matter where you are in the world, no matter what your faith or none…you will hear these words spoken. But will you hear them…I hope you do. I hope you can hear them and let them in. Let them in deep into your physic…deep into your soul. This is where the essence of happiness is…in your very soul. You will touch the essence of Heaven here. This is the part of Heaven that you brought with you to earth. Now is the time to feed and nurture that part of you that is hungry and thirty for hope, for joy, for love.

This the part of you that gets swamped and in danger of being crushed and squshed by all the negativity that collects in the world arround us…in the newspapers, on the TV….the doom and gloom for the past few months has been like a virus. ( Is it called swine flu??) It is killing us …killing the spirit of Joy and most especially, killing the spirit of hope. Here in Ireland we are really feeling the greyness and today is budget day…not good news day for many people. It is a time that we have to go deep inside to find this part of us … the resilent and hopefilled part of ourselves and bring it to life to share with others who a re feeling so burdened just now. There are many people around who are really feeling a lot of pain. The recent flooding has been so hard on so many people. We need to help each other light the inner flame of love and keep the flame alive.

Deep inside we reconnect with our deepest humanity…our capacity to care, to share and to love. This what Christmas is about and this is what brings joy into our lives despite outward circumstances. Giving birth to the Divine Child within can be painful, but like with physical birth soon the pain is forgotten in the delight of what is now made real.

So go find the Divine child within…we need you!

To do this simply:

Close your eyes

Listen to your magical breath. …this breath that is the link between heaven and earth…the visible and invisible…this breath that breaths you moment by moment…

Hear the sounds that are around you…

Rest in this breath…rest in this inner space…this space that is yours alone..

Feel every cell in your body relax …feel every cell come alive with the feeling of life tingling through it…

Rest in this as long as you can…just let your thoughts be…just let them unwind…

Put your attention on your feet and draw up the earths energy from it’s very centre..draw it through your whole body…up to the crown of your head and beyond….now draw down the energy of light and love from the heavens above…fill your body with this love energy …feel these two energies flow through your whole being…feeling revitalised and renewed from the inside out….now you are feeling empowered, energised and connected with flow of life and the Universal energies..the creative energies that is in all things and in you …the energy that creates..and recreates you …making you whole and new….Feel and flow the delight that you feel…ground it in your reality…claim it…..

Now bring to mind people that you love and care about into this energy…see them experience what you are experiencing…see them revitalised and renewed …see them reassured that all is well…that all is taken care of…they are loved…

Now feeling that energy of love  flow through you …know its real …because you feel such love and desire to share it with everyone in the world ….feel it radiate from the centre of your being …out through your pores…raditating a beautiful aura of pink love …feel it saturate your body…feel it flow to all you love…and beyond to those in the world you have concerns for….for all of humanity…for every creature…rest in that love …like resting on a sundrenched beach….rest

When your ready…gently bring yourself back to where you are sitting…present to your surroundings…present to the sounds around and present to your rythmic breathing…open your eyes…stretch into your body…now fully awake …renewed…filled with hope and delight…
