Life is NOW….the past is a memory…a thought arising in the present ( NOW) same for future – it hasn’t happened yet – there is only NOW – thoughts about the future pop in – but NOW is the future that we create from – we create our life from our NOW.
Stop carrying the baggage of your past ( memory) into you’re precious Now Life. This containates the future that you create. Your future is your creation. You are continuously given the opportunity to create the best version of you. You are continuously being given the opportunity to do the best with you and your life.
Drop the victim. Its a thought process. Nothing more. Healing is seeking out the company that will help you heal from victimhood beliefs ( its built on worn out beliefs – that may have been true once )
