That’s where I come in.

 

I’m Mary McCallion Dempsey, a trained Spiritual Practitioner with a BA (Hons) in Theology and Psychology and more than 30 years’ experience supporting people through some of life’s most difficult transitions.

 

My own quest to understand God led me to spend six years studying Theology in a seminary that, until then, had been exclusively for training priests. 

 

Later, I went on to qualify in Counselling and Hypnotherapy, Suicide Prevention and Biocognitive Theory, alongside further training in Meditation, NLP, EFT, Timeline Therapy, Reality Therapy and a collection of other spiritual and therapeutic modalities I use extensively in my work.

 

Clients have transformed their lives as a result of working with me, including a woman in her seventies who reclaimed her independence and created a beautiful new life without losing her relationship with God, a young woman who broke free from destructive relationship patterns and finally recognised her own worth, and another who found the courage to stop putting everyone else's needs before her own and begin creating the life she wanted.

Begin trusting your intuition and separating the voice of fear and inherited conditioning from your own inner guidance.

 

Give yourself permission to envision a new identity that reflects who you are becoming, so you can begin saying goodbye to the parts of the person you were taught to be that you wish to leave behind.

I was in my seventies when I found the courage to leave an abusive marriage. Yet, even after leaving, I still felt imprisoned by my former husband's influence.
